Change of Mind Behavior Service

We offer a holistic approach to teens ages 14 – 21. Change of Mind Behavior provides a range of services tailored to meet individual needs. This includes access to professionals, educational programs designed to foster academic success, dedicated life skill development initiatives, and continuous one-on-one mentoring to guide teens through their journey toward independence and personal growth.

Mentoring

We provide group and individual mentoring for all our teens. A qualified doctor evaluates each patient to offer the best personalized care.

Crisis Response

Our dedicated specialists are available around the clock, providing continuous support and assistance to teens whenever they need it.

Education

We offer comprehensive educational programs to teens to ensure every teen has the opportunity to succeed academically.

Doctor

We have a qualified doctor readily available, equipped to provide comprehensive medical care and tailored support.

Community

We give the teens the opportunity to assist with organizing and attending events that foster community engagement and social interaction.

Employment

Our health care workers assists our teens and young adults in finding job opportunities and developing essential career skills.

Our Doctor

Dr. Devesh D. Kanjarpane MD

Dr. Devesh D. Kanjarpane, MD, MPH, FACPM, FASAM, FACOEM, CMRO, is the President of OccuSave®, Inc., a firm providing medical services to commercial and federal clients since 1995. He earned his M.D. from Columbia University in 1988, followed by an M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins University in 1990. He completed his residency in Preventive Medicine at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and further training in Occupational and Environmental Medicine with the US Army Environmental Hygiene Agency. He is board certified in Preventive Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Kanjarpane’s professional roles have included serving as Chief Medical Officer for the TSA, where he developed medical standards and managed risk, and as Associate Area Medical Director for the US Postal Service, overseeing occupational health for a three-state region. His extensive experience includes working with high-profile clients such as the U.S. Postal Service, Smithsonian Institution, Federal Reserve Bank, and NASA HQ.

Change of Mind Behavior agrees to provide specialized services to ensure that consumers are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. This policy outlines the expectations of care for those identifying themselves as LGBTQIA+, transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse. 

Change of Mind Behavior will provide support which includes, but not limited to:

Substance Use

Transport to intensive and outpatient treatment programs, transport to scheduled therapy appointments, sit with youth in AA, NA and other peer support led meetings, assist with getting connected to Alanon meetings.

Health

Transport youth to doctor appointments, dentist appointments, discuss the benefits of healthy eating, sleep hygiene, mindfulness and having fun.
